Policy and Governance in Sport: Issues, Organizations, and Practical Application

This work addresses governance structures of sport organizations as well as policy issues pertaining to those organizations. Leading scholars have written chapters addressing characteristics associated with the governance of sport, sport ethics, collegiate governance, competitive balance, the Olympic Movement, disability sport issues, commercialization of sport, and gender equity, globalization, nationalism, and human rights in sport.
