• What comes in the kit: 5 lbs. cracked corn, 1 lbs. malted barley, 1 lbs. malted wheat, 1 lbs. golden oats, 5 lbs. dextrose corn sugar, 1 quart Black Strap Molasses, Red Star DADY yeast, FERMAX yeast nutrient, BSG amylase. We've included a packet of One Step sanitizing powder to clean and sterilize all your mashing equipment to insure your mash doesn't become contaminated during the mashing process.
• 7 Gallon fermentation bucket. Heavy duty handles built into the bucket. Includes air tight lid. Made out of HDPE plastic.
• Purchaser will have to drill a 1/2 inch hole in the lid for the double bubbler & 1 inch hole for the spigot.
