The Bandai Star Wars 1/72 Y-Wing Star Fighter is a 1/72 scale replica of the Y-Wing Starfighter seen at the battle of Yavin in 'Star Wars: Episode IV - A new hope". The detailing for this vehicle has been thoroughly adapted in scale and brings incredible realism. The inner cockpit and ion propulsion engine have been fine tuned and the added Death Star motif display base increases quality of display. The Y-Wing Starfighter's canopy opens and comes with two sitting and one standing pilot, an R5 style Astromech Droid, and an R2 style Astromech Droid. Set also includes a dedicated Death Star display base, laser effect parts,clear and frame style canopies, landing gear, water-transfer decals, marking stickers and runners. This model kit comes with some pre-painted pieces, but additional paint will need to be applied for weathering affect and other details.Features: Highly detailed plastic pieces molded in different colors. May be further customized with model paints if desired. Snap together kit (Requires no glue) Hobby nippers needed to remove parts from parts trees.
